Desert Running

Running here in San Miguel has been a challenge. I went from sea level to over 6000 feet in only two months. It's been hard to catch my breath for many reasons, but the main one is the lack of oxygen. 

Today was the first day I've been able to run. It was still hard, but I was able to push through. Now if I can just apply that same logic to other things in my life.
