Origami Cranes -- Only 999 to Go

As anyone who knows me can attest, I tend to be obsessive. Whatever I am interested in becomes my everything -- at least until I move onto the next thing. Making origami cranes is my latest obsession. And when I found the legend of the 1000 cranes, I felt like I had to do it. I'm guessing I'll get better over time or else develop a strong aversion toward paper. The latter probably isn't very desirable for a writer.
