I can never do anything halfway. I always gravitate toward the most difficult thing to do in any activity. I did a triathlon and immediately decided I was going to do an Ironman. I bake 60 hour sour dough loaves. I grow orchids. Once I made the pig cookies, I was inspired to find really difficult projects. I found a rooster cookie by a Japanese artist that takes hours to decorate and costs $90. I decided I had to give photo realistic cookies a shot. This was my first (but definitely not last) attempt.
